Michael M. is an accomplished Senior Manager of Experience and Design at Bell Media since October 2021, and also serves as the Consultant Director of Experience Design at Mac & Chez Inc., where Michael leads UX initiatives for one of Canada’s largest digital media firms. With extensive experience in UX leadership, Michael has previously held roles such as Lead UX Strategy Consultant at TechGuilds, Director of Experience Design at Detour UX, and Director User Experience at Klick. Michael's expertise encompasses managing design teams, conducting user research, and delivering user experience solutions across various platforms, including media streaming services. Academic credentials include a Master's in Environmental Studies with a focus on Information Architecture and GIS from York University, and an Honors B.A. from the University of Toronto.
