Brendan Howe has over 20 years of work experience, starting with their role as Editor-in-Chief at The Sofia Echo from June 2000 to December 2001. Brendan then worked as a Consultant at GPC International from March 2002 to May 2003. Brendan joined the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in October 2004 as Press Secretary and Director of Communications, Office of Leader of Official Opposition, where they stayed until March 2008. In January 2008, Brendan became the President and CEO of Techify Inc., a leading managed IT services firm in Toronto. Brendan later took on the role of CEO at Techify Inc., which they continue to hold.
Brendan Howe attended Crescent School from 1990 to 1996, receiving a High School degree. From 1996 to 2000, they studied Political Science at Western University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. Additionally, in 1999-2000, as part of their Political Science degree, they participated in an exchange program at Lancaster University, focusing on Politics.
