As the People Manager and Co-Founder of tech[inclusive], Drier fosters individual development of a volunteer team while facilitating career growth opportunities in tech. Previous roles include Senior Program Management Consultant at OEC, where Drier managed client relationships and cross-functional collaboration, and Engineering Project Manager at Articulate, leading multi-million dollar projects and enhancing team communication. Drier's expertise also encompasses roles at Human Element, Vertafore, Boxcar Studio, and Girl Develop It, focusing on project execution, mentorship, and community engagement.
