Julian Chen

Julian Chen has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Julian is currently the Regional Sales Director for Greater China at TechInsights since February 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Arima Communications Corp. from April 2017 to January 2019. Before that, they held the role of VP and Head of Mobile BU at Giga-Byte Technology Corp. from April 2012 to March 2017. Julian also worked at Qualcomm as the Director of Sales from January 2004 to March 2012. Julian Chen's early career includes roles such as Director of Wireless Module BU at Siemens Telecommunication System Limited from July 2002 to December 2003 and Product Marketing Manager at Motorola Taiwan from May 1995 to May 2001.

Julian Chen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Feng Chia University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Julian then pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1992 to 1993.
