System Analyst

Mark Carreon has extensive experience in system analysis, currently serving as a System Analyst at TechInsights since January 2006. In this role, Mark has played a crucial role in implementing Salesforce CRM and migrating data from Pivotal CRM, integrating various applications including Pardot, NetSuite ERP, and internal systems. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Desktop Support professional at the Department of Foreign Affairs from January 2004 to September 2005, where responsibilities included diagnosing hardware and software issues, providing support for a range of devices, and resolving client inquiries while adhering to IT service protocols. Mark holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, earned between 2002 and 2006.
