Van Thompson

Van Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical product management and business development within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Technical Product Manager for Connectivity and Sensors at TechInsights since January 2010, Van oversees reverse engineering product lines for 5G and various wireless technologies in diverse applications. Previous roles at TechInsights include Director of Professional Services and Sales Engineer, where leadership and technical expertise were provided to enhance client engagement and develop custom solutions. Prior experience at Semiconductor Insights involved strategic advisory roles and business development, focusing on intellectual property solutions. Van holds a P.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from Professional Engineers Ontario and a B.Sc.E in Electrical Engineering with a Computing Option from Queen's University.
