Wayne Lam

Wayne Lam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor and technology sectors. Currently serving as Service Director at TechInsights since February 2023 and as Founder of QuarterWave since May 2020, Wayne has previously held key positions including Senior Director of Research for the Americas at CCS Insight and Director & Principal Analyst at Omdia, Informa Tech, and IHS Markit. A solid foundation in research and analysis is complemented by roles in business development at Newegg.com and AeroVironment, as well as an internship at Qualcomm. Wayne holds an MBA in Marketing and Business Development from USC Marshall School of Business and degrees in Mechanical Engineering from both Cornell University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
