Guillermo Farall

Guillermo Farall is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Techint and serves as the President of Ferroexpreso Pampeano. They held the position of Head of Heavy Equipment Division at Techint from 2021 to 2024 and previously worked in various roles at Techint, including Business Development Manager and HR Director, where they oversaw a workforce of over 20,000 across 11 countries. Guillermo’s early experience includes roles as an IT Junior Analyst at Ternium and Export Import Manager at Pirelli. They hold a Master's degree in Management from Stanford University and are currently pursuing an engineering degree at the University of Buenos Aires.
