Hernán Gómez

Hernán Gómez is the HR Director at Techint Ingeniería y Construcción, leading regional human resources operations across the Andean area, including Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Chile. Hernán holds a degree in Labour Relations from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and has 18 years of experience in human resources, including three years working in Mexico. Since 2009, Hernán has served as a faculty member at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, teaching Personnel Administration and International Human Resource Management. Previously, Hernán worked at Grupo Fate/Aluar for four years, where foundational HR skills were developed.
