Julio Garcia

Julio Garcia, DSc., is a Project Quality Manager with over 24 years of experience in the industry, specializing in large construction projects across sectors such as steelmaking, mining, and oil and gas. Julio holds a Doctorate in Administration from UCP and a Master's in Consulting and Management from UMSA, along with academic backgrounds in Production Engineering, Administration, and Economics. Currently, Julio leads quality, health, and safety strategies at a multinational engineering and construction firm, while also contributing to the development of others through mentorship and training. Additionally, Julio is an accomplished author, having written “O trabalho e a qualidade de vida na sociedade contemporânea” and co-authored seven other books.
