Matias Carroll has a solid background in engineering, particularly in civil and structural fields. From May 2021 to December 2023, Matias served as a technical analyst at PROINGED (Programa Provincial de Incentivos a la Generación de Energía Distribuida). Subsequently, Matias worked at Techint Ingeniería y Construcción as a Steel Structures Design Engineer and Project Field Engineer from January 2024 to April 2024.
