Rosa Tinoco

Rosa Tinoco is a Geographer Engineer and Pipeline Specialist with over sixteen years of experience in the construction and engineering industry. Rosa has worked with several international companies, including Techint E & C, Ausenco, and Consortium Constructor Ductos del Sur (CCDS), where they held various engineering and project management roles. Rosa's expertise encompasses the development and review of technical documentation, pipeline route definition, and collaboration with contractors to ensure compliance with engineering standards. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Geographer Engineering from Federico Villarreal National University and a Master’s degree in Energy Management from ESAN Graduate School of Business.
