Waldo Molina

Waldo Molina is an experienced professional in the field of Operations and Maintenance (O&M), currently serving as O&M Services Manager for Chile and Colombia at Techint Ingeniería y Construcción since April 2021. Previously, Waldo held the position of Project Manager at SalfaCorp, overseeing the execution of maintenance and construction contracts for major mining clients, including Minera Escondida and Minera Centinela. Additionally, Waldo served as Deputy Operations Manager for O&M at FLSmidth, where responsibilities included ensuring the proper operation of maintenance services in northern Chile. Prior to these roles, Waldo was General Manager and shareholder of Ecasol Empresa SpA. Waldo holds two degrees in Civil Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Aconcagua, obtained between 2006 and 2011.
