Nrupa P. is currently the Senior Manager of Diagnostic and Implementation Services for North America at TECHLAB, Inc., where they lead global training and implementation efforts for diagnostic assays. Previously, Nrupa worked as a Technical Consultant at TECHLAB, where they provided support and training for FDA-cleared assays and collaborated with various departments to enhance workflow. They began their career as a Medical Laboratory Scientist and Technician, gaining extensive experience in laboratory operations across multiple healthcare institutions. Nrupa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science from the University of Delaware.
