Judith Manley

Judith Manley is an experienced environmental consultant with over 30 years in the field. Currently serving as Vice President at AlterEcho since 2011, Judith has managed and contributed to more than 300 nationwide projects focused on cost allocation, Potentially Responsible Party (PRP) searches, and data analysis. In addition, Judith holds the position of Executive Vice President at TechLaw, Inc., a role maintained since February 1987. Judith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany/Plant Biology from The George Washington University between 1983 and 1986, following graduation from Guilderland High School in 1983.
