Brett Cusker is an accomplished leader in defense operations and technology transfer, currently serving as the Executive Director at TechLink since May 2016, focusing on enhancing the Department of Defense and Department of Veteran Affairs' success in Technology Transfer and Transition. Prior to TechLink, Brett held several key positions in the United States Air Force, including Associate Director of Defense Programs and Chief of the Command and Control Division, where strategic planning for modernization and acquisition was paramount. With extensive experience in command roles, including Squadron Commander and Wing Inspections Chief, Brett has a proven track record of operational excellence and leadership in high-stakes environments. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from the USAF Air War College, as well as degrees in Military Operations, Human Relations, and Pre-Law.
