Jessica Kaplin

Jessica Kaplin is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in building and enhancing organizations. Currently serving as a Principal Recruiter at SwingSearch since June 2021, Jessica has previously held roles including Senior Recruiter and Talent Wrangler within the same company, contributing to its recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in 2022. Prior to SwingSearch, Jessica worked at DoD TechLink as an Economic Research Specialist, focusing on economic impact studies, and held directorial roles in recruitment at TalentChase. Jessica has also consulted for estate planning attorneys, managed properties, and developed sales strategies in various positions since entering the workforce in 2005. Jessica's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science from Montana State University-Bozeman and an Associate's degree from Harper College.
