Lidiya Dats' is a seasoned entrepreneur and digital design advocate, currently serving as Co-Founder of MagicFlux, a company focused on exceptional usability and accessibility in digital design products. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of MagicHire, an IT recruitment agency, Lidiya has successfully linked over 100,000 tech talents with businesses, achieving a 98% success rate in filling over 350 vacancies. Lidiya also co-founded TechMagic, specializing in comprehensive software development services with a proven track record of 120+ successful projects. Additionally, Lidiya co-founded MagicFuse, an official Salesforce Consulting Partner with a team of over 50 certified experts. Previous ventures include co-founding HappyScan, a mobile marketing tool for the hospitality industry, and Eventinarea.com, an event-finder platform. Lidiya's early career includes marketing roles in commercial real estate and European shopping center development.
