Roman Kolodiy

Roman Kolodiy is an accomplished professional in cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Director of Cloud & Cybersecurity at TechMagic since November 2020. With a strategic focus on delivering results against company-level objectives, Roman has successfully managed critical initiatives and complex multi-phase programs. Prior roles include Technical Delivery Manager at TechMagic, where Roman oversaw project management in cloud and cybersecurity, and Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Elements.cloud, leading infrastructure transformation and establishing comprehensive monitoring solutions. Roman began a career in quality assurance as a QA Engineer at Waverley Software, later progressing to Test Automation Competence Lead at TechMagic, where Roman launched an internal training academy and notably reduced test cycle time by 90%. Roman holds both a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
