Viktoriia Kliushta is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in IT recruitment and team leadership. Currently serving as the Lead of Recruitment Team at TechMagic since August 2016, Viktoriia has progressed through roles from IT Recruiter to Senior IT Recruiter, overseeing candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and job offers while collaborating with technical teams. Simultaneously, Viktoriia holds the same position at MagicHire since February 2020. Prior experience includes freelance IT recruitment and a legal role at "Technowagy" Ltd, where Viktoriia provided client consultations, contract analysis, and personnel file management.
