Scott Huang is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Techman Robot since January 2019 and as a Director at Quanta Storage Inc. since June 1999. Scott Huang holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University, completed in 1997, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from National Central University, obtained in 1990.
