Yasar Arafath

Yasar Arafath has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Yasar started their career as an intern at Aparajitha Corporate Services (P) Ltd in 2010, followed by an internship at Bharat Electronics Limited in 2011. Yasar then worked as a Senior Recruiter at Valuewing Consultancy Services (P) Ltd from 2011 to 2013, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment and sourcing through various platforms. Yasar then joined iWare Consultancy Services as a Senior Consultant for a brief period in 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Dot Com Infoway Limited as a Senior HR, handling various HR functions including recruitment, training, and handling government officials. Currently, Yasar is serving as the Head of Human Resources at Techmango Technology Services, where they are responsible for resource planning, managing a team of recruiters, and handling end-to-end recruitment processes.

Yasar Arafath completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with a specialization in Commerce with Computer Application from The American College. Yasar attended this college from 2006 to 2009.
