WHAT WE DO: TechMentors helps businesses streamline operations by automating otherwise tedious work, and teaching professionals how to get more out of technologies like Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, and Office applications like Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

WHO WE WORK WITH: We partner with professionals in finance, accounting, IT, and health care. Past clients include:
* Stanford Medicine
* Santa Clara County, Adult Custody Mental Health Department
* Genentech
* Blue Shield
* Visa
* Chevron
* The City of San Jose

WHY IT WORKS: Many professionals waste precious time each month performing tedious tasks that could be automated using Microsoft Office macros. For example, one client spent two days each month creating PowerPoint charts from Survey Monkey data. We worked with them to create an Excel/PowerPoint macro solution that gets the job done in six minutes.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT: We have over 24 years’ experience teaching advanced level Microsoft Office application courses to professionals in Silicon Valley. We have developed a system that helps adults learn highly complex computer concepts in plain easy-to-understand English. We have learned that listening is the most important thing that a trainer/consultant can do to help the end user become more productive. Finally, in addition to English, we also speak “geek”, and can therefore bridge the gap between end users' needs and IT's requirements.

HOW IT WORKS: We start with a free one-hour consultation about your needs. This can be over the phone, or virtually face-to-face using screen sharing technologies. We will discuss your business goals and challenges and together determine the best training and/or consulting project that will meet your needs. From there we will recommend the next steps to get your process and/or team to the next level.
