Dave Allen

Dave Allen has a wealth of experience in the Information Technology (IT) field. Dave began their career as an IT Manager at NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) in 2000. Dave then joined DuPont in 2003, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Site IT Leader/Sub-Regional Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt/Program Manager, and Senior Supply Chain IT Leader. At DuPont, they were instrumental in implementing cost-saving initiatives and leading transformation projects. In 2015, Dave moved to The Chemours Company as a Senior IT Leader and played a crucial role in transforming IT service delivery, resulting in substantial cost savings and improved customer satisfaction. Dave then joined Mauser Packaging Solutions in 2019 as a Director of IT Business Partner, where they enhanced technology solutions and implemented data analytics solutions. In 2021, Dave became the Director of IT at Radio Systems Corporation, where they led the IT organization through change and restructuring initiatives. Currently, Dave holds the role of VP of Information Technology and CIO at Techmer PM since 2023.

Dave Allen has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General from West Virginia University. Dave also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Marietta College. In terms of certifications, Dave obtained a certification in "Bill George on Self-Awareness, Authenticity, and Leadership" from LinkedIn in September 2020, and a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in March 2020.
