Reggie Stratton has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

From 1996 to 2004, Reggie worked at Techmetals Inc. as a Process Engineer, Project Manager, and Maintenance Manager. Here, they implemented plating line improvements, managed building equipment projects, and supervised maintenance technicians. Reggie also designed an ergonomic load/unload station for a high volume plating line, increasing productivity and ensuring worker safety.

From 2004 to 2010, Reggie served as the Facility Manager & EHS Manager at Creative Memories YS Division of The Antioch Company. Reggie planned and coordinated building and equipment maintenance activities, managed a crew, and facilitated the safety and environmental program. Reggie played a key role in implementing the company's first CMMS program and improving the safety program, leading to the achievement of SHARP status in 2008.

At Dayton Job Corps Center, Reggie worked as the Facility Maintenance Manager from 2010 to 2011. Reggie supervised maintenance staff, planned and coordinated facility renovations, and managed the safety program.

From 2011 to 2016, Reggie was the Director of Physical Plant at Antioch College. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the Physical Plant, including budgeting, personnel management, capital construction and renovation planning, maintenance, and energy management. Reggie oversaw $40 million worth of construction and renovation projects on campus.

Reggie worked as an Independent Contractor from 2017 to 2019.

Most recently, Reggie worked at Techmetals Inc. as a Project Manager starting in 2019. Their responsibilities included facility and equipment upgrades, as well as process improvements. Notable achievements included retrofitting an automated plating line and renovating and upgrading three campus buildings.

Reggie Stratton attended Urbana University from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management.
