Shadi Awad

Shadi Awad has a long history of work experience beginning in 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they worked at Genesis Racing Gear in a sales role, where they were responsible for the sales of aftermarket auto parts through e-commerce and auctions online. Shadi also professionally dealt with customer issues and questions. From 2003 to 2007, they worked at MannaRelief Ministries in a business development and marketing role, where they worked on grass roots marketing projects to help grow their financial donor base, helped design and creatively structure new programs and marketing material, and combed through major marketing material for communication clarity. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at AT&T in various roles, including an Assistant Store Manager and a Retail Sales Consultant. As an Assistant Store Manager, they verified accuracy of daily service revenue reports and bank deposits, maintained proper inventory controls, and ensured efficient, courteous handling of customer requests. As a Retail Sales Consultant, they actively pursued avenues to increase revenue for the organization, met quota goals by mining client opportunities and maintaining customer relationships for long-term business and retention, and dealt with customer issues by providing professional customer care. Finally, in 2019, they co-founded Pandawa Investments LLC.

Shadi Awad completed a Diploma in Business Administration - Marketing at Sheridan College between 2001 and 2004. Shadi then went on to receive a BBA - Bachelors in Business Administration from Northwood University in 2005. Finally, in 2006, they obtained an MBA in Business Administration / Marketing from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Additionally, they hold a VSP certification from VMware.
