Curtis Bailey

Curtis Bailey has a diverse and extensive work experience in business development and recruitment. Curtis started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at SEC Recruitment in 1997. In 2001, they co-founded TechNET IT Recruitment, where they served as the Business Development Director. During this role, they focused on building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as expanding the customer base. Curtis specialized in producing RFIs, bids, and tenders, and excelled at negotiation. In 2016, Curtis co-founded TechNET Digital, a digital recruitment agency with a global reach. Curtis also co-founded TechNET Immersive in 2017, which operated in the Virtual, Augmented, and Mixed Reality space, with a focus on gaming projects. In 2019, they expanded their role as a Business Development Director at TechNET CxO, an executive search and senior appointments firm specializing in digital leaders.
