Previously, they held multiple engineering roles at Technetics Group, contributing to product development and leading continuous improvement projects. Ryan has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's degree in Computational Physics from Francis Marion University. They also have experience as a Graduate Research Assistant, where they studied the Friction Stir Welding process and conducted various mechanical tests.
