Thibaud Marchand

Thibaud Marchand has extensive experience in operations management and supply chain, having worked in various roles across multiple companies. They began their career as an apprentice in supply chain at Linamar Corporation from 2011 to 2012, where they implemented an ERP system and contributed to data management. Thibaud advanced to become a project supervisor and later a production supervisor at LISI AEROSPACE between 2016 and 2019, overseeing teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives. From 2019 to 2023, they held the position of assembly workshop manager at Tenneco and are currently the operations manager at Technetics Group, responsible for the overall management of production, planning, maintenance, and logistics for a 60-person site. Thibaud holds an engineering degree in Production Management from EI.CESI and a professional license in Industrial Production Management from Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne.
