Kyle Williams currently serves as the Operations Manager at TechniBlend, Inc. since January 2019, after transitioning from a Service Technician role at the same company from July 2014 to July 2018. Prior experience includes positions as a Maintenance Technician and Contract Administrator at FedEx SmartPost from December 2011 to July 2014, and as a Manufacturing Representative at Countertops Inc (Menard Inc) from June 2009 to March 2011. Earlier roles also include Human Resources Recruiter at Menard Inc from December 2007 to June 2009. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, an Automation Systems degree with a focus on PLC Programming from Waukesha County Technical College, and ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Operations and Supply Chain Management at the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
