Chris Bobbitt has over 12 years of experience in the consulting and public sector industries. In 2007, they were the Deputy Director of Iraq Banking & Financial Networks for the US Department of Defense. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Consultant for FTI Consulting, providing economic analysis of energy commodities markets. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Senior Consultant for ICOR Partners, LLC, leading lean consulting teams in delivery of strategy, business process improvement, program and project management, and stakeholder engagement efforts for federal agencies. From 2010 to 2012, they were Assistant Vice President at Catapult Technology. From 2010 to 2015, they were a Senior Consultant for ASI Government. From 2010 to 2013, they were Director at Kickstand, responsible for Defense & Intelligence client engagements. From 2015 to present, they have been Co-Founder of Freya Solutions, making it affordable and easy for small- and medium-sized employers to provide up to 52 weeks of 100% paid childbirth, adoption, and foster care leave benefits. Lastly, from 2013 to present, they have been President and Vice President of Technical Assent, leading consulting engagements with public sector clients focusing on transformations in outcomes and delivery for high-impact and complex missions and programs.

Chris Bobbitt obtained a BA in Economics and History from Georgetown University between 2001 and 2005. In 2004, they also studied at The American University in Cairo. In 2009, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Chris also holds an Advanced Human Centered Design certification from the LUMA Institute, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from the University of Michigan.
