Biofibre develops and supplies natural fibre nonwoven materials made from industrial hemp for B2B industrial applications.

My current focus is the development of natural hemp insulation and technical nonwoven materials for motorhome, campervan, RV, yacht, sailing boat, catamaran and automotive interior manufacturers across Europe.

Key application areas:

• Thermal insulation for vehicle and marine walls, ceilings and floors
• Acoustic comfort and sound absorption layers
• Interior lining and backing materials
• Lightweight natural fibre insulation
• Breathable insulation layers for premium interiors
• Sustainable alternatives to synthetic foam, PET, PP and mineral materials
• Custom OEM development for manufacturers

I work directly with manufacturers, engineers, product developers and procurement teams to identify suitable material configurations, provide sample kits and develop custom nonwoven solutions for serial production.

Biofibre combines natural hemp fibres, European production and industrial nonwoven know-how to help manufacturers build more sustainable, comfortable and premium interiors for vehicles, yachts and marine living spaces.
