Scott Bradfield

Mr. Bradfield has 34 years of experience in aeronautical engineering. He oversees the day-to-day operations of TDA, as well as steers the overall direction of the company. Mr. Bradfield provides strategic leadership to establish long-range goals, business deals, plans, and policies for TDA. His leadership responsibilities include business capture and development, proposal development, customer relations, planning, budgeting, recruiting, team development, communication of TDA values, contracts oversight, and financial management.

Mr. Bradfield began his career at McDonnell Douglas performing composite stress analysis on the MD-11 aircraft and design of airframe structures for several MD-80 variations. He led the team of engineers and software developers for the CH-53E regime recognition and usage program. He also led the development of an innovative web-based software application known as HeloTrack™.
