Jack Stevens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and talent acquisition within the recruitment industry. Currently serving as Co-Founder & COO at Technical Hires since March 2024, Jack leads operations across the USA and UK, focusing on connecting employers and talent sustainably. Previously, Jack was the Chief Operating Officer at NonStop Consulting from June 2017 to March 2024, where a digital transformation was spearheaded, resulting in significant growth in staff and revenue. Early career roles include contributions to Ortho Clinical Diagnostics and NonStop Recruitment, where skills in training, development, and recruitment were honed. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Applied Psychology from Durham University.
