Michael Yahkind

Michael Yahkind has over 8 years of experience in the IT staffing and managed services industry. In 2017, they became the CEO and Founding Partner of Technical Paradigm, where they specialize in the placement of highly qualified technical professionals for contract, contract to hire, and permanent positions. The same year, they also became a Senior Staffing Executive at DISYS, where they are responsible for overseeing technology staffing for Fortune 100 banking clientele. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Kforce Inc, where they served as the Director of Staffing and Development and was responsible for strategic staffing partnerships across several IT verticals. Michael also held the position of Senior Technical Recruiter, where they utilized all available sources to find and place resources for leading fortune 200 organizations.

Michael Yahkind obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies/Legal Studies from Central Michigan University between 2007 and 2011. Since then, they have obtained several certifications, including Cybersecurity from TestDome in April 2021, IBM CERTIFIED: BLOCKCHAIN ESSENTIALS from Cognitive Class in 2021, Scrum Master from TestDome in February 2020, Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller in 2020, Project Management from TestDome in November 2019, CompTIA A+ from CompTIA, and GDPR from GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation.
