Benjamin Mailly

Benjamin Mailly is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in nuclear and energy sectors. Currently serving as Chef de service Thermohydraulique de Fonctionnement et Simulation at TechnicAtome since October 2022, Benjamin manages a team of 60 engineers focused on reactor thermohydraulics and simulation. Previously, at EDF from September 2014 to February 2023, Benjamin held roles including Chef d’exploitation, overseeing operations for two nuclear reactors and leading significant maintenance projects, and Operations Engineer, managing innovation projects such as COLIMO. Additionally, Benjamin has a background in system engineering from Shell TechWorks and significant research experience from MIT, where work included sensor development for health monitoring applications. Benjamin holds multiple advanced degrees from MIT and École Polytechnique, showcasing a strong foundation in technology and engineering.
