Billy Moses

Billy Moses has over 18 years of experience in technical support and network management. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Techniche since September 2019, Billy has previously held positions as a Network Management Consultant at Logicalis, where responsibilities included the design, deployment, installation, and documentation of Network Management Systems (NMS). Prior experience includes being an NMS Engineer at Fujitsu Service Ltd, specializing in HP Openview and CA's eHealth, and a Unix Support Engineer at Phoenix Technologies, providing second-line support for Sun Microsystems hardware and software. Billy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing from Buckinghamshire New University, earned between 1998 and 2001.
