David Cornish

David Cornish has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. David started their career at C&D Technologies as an Electronics Technician, where they designed and implemented test systems for power electronics products. David also developed and supported in-house software for the company.

Afterwards, David worked at 4fx Design & Multimedia Ltd as a Developer, leading the development of content managed and e-Commerce websites. David also designed and developed an Intranet system for the company.

David then moved on to Techniche, where they held various roles. As a Developer, they designed and implemented features for multiple products and mentored junior team members. David later became a Senior Developer, taking on additional responsibilities. As the Lead Developer, they designed and architected a ground-up rewrite of the flagship facilities management platform. Finally, as the Head of R&D, David was responsible for product teams, implementing agile delivery models and leading the migration of hosted platforms to a private Azure cloud.

Throughout their career, David has consistently demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a dedication to innovative product development and strategy.

David Cornish attended the University of Northampton from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Electronic Engineering with a focus on Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Prior to that, they studied at Stantonbury Campus from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they pursued studies in Product Management at BrainStation.
