Matt Hanger

Matt Hanger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and talent development within the media and entertainment industry. Since May 2018, Matt has served as the Global Facilities Planning Manager for the Production Services division at Technicolor, overseeing studio expansion projects across locations such as Montreal, Los Angeles, and Bangalore. Additionally, Matt leads the Technicolor Academy, which focuses on graduate recruitment, training, and employment for emerging talent while addressing the resource needs of Technicolor's acclaimed VFX and Animation studios. Prior to joining Technicolor, Matt held multiple roles at MPC from October 2006 to May 2018, including Head of Academy and Head of Operations, where contributions significantly shaped the organization's training and development initiatives. Matt holds education credentials from SOAS University of London.
