Tonisha Brown

Tonisha Brown, MAHRM, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment, hiring, training, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Currently serving as a People and Talent Advisor at Vantiva Supply Chain Solutions since July 2019, Tonisha has also held various HR roles, including Human Resources Generalist at both Vantiva and Technicolor, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment. Prior to these roles, Tonisha worked as a Professional Learning Coach at The Lord's Tabernacle Christian Academy from January 2017 to July 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from LeMoyne-Owen College.
