Yassire Bourmaya

Yassire Bourmaya has extensive experience in financial management and auditing, holding positions such as Senior Manager Financial Services at RBA Groupe from September 2009 to March 2014, and Directeur Financier at Majid Al Futtaim from March 2014 to May 2019. Currently, Yassire serves as Legal Entity Controller EMEA at Technicolor and Vantiva. Responsibilities have included overseeing monthly closings, financial consolidation, and managing key departments, along with international audit missions across Australia, Singapore, and the Middle East. Yassire holds a Master I in Audit and Control Management and a Master II in International Enterprise Audit and Control, supported by a strong educational foundation from IAE Tours and Université François Rabelais de Tours.
