Rubesh Dhananjayan

Rubesh Dhananjayan is a dynamic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in managing design studios and driving business development. Currently serving as a Business Unit Manager at Technicon Design, Rubesh leads the design studio with a focus on strategic leadership, financial oversight, and team management, contributing to significant increases in operational efficiency. Previously, Rubesh held roles at Lilium as a Senior CAS Modeler and at Daimler Trucks Asia as a Digital Designer, where they developed expertise in concept modeling and surface modeling. Rubesh holds an MBA in International Business from Pondicherry University and a Foundation degree in Industrial and Product Design from DSK International School Of Design.
