Casey Garrison has extensive experience in manufacturing operations, having worked at Technicote, Inc. since September 1996 in various positions including Machine Operator, Buyer/Planner, Plant Manager, and U.V. Coating Operator. Responsibilities have included setting up weekly manufacturing schedules to enhance efficiency, minimizing lead times, and training staff on the implementation of an E.R.P. system. Before joining Technicote, Casey Garrison served as a Technical Trainer at Henny Penny from 1994 to 1996, focusing on assembly line equipment troubleshooting and training new employees in ISO standard procedures. Education includes studies at Wright State University from 1991 to 1992.
