Greg Venditto

Greg Venditto is a Director-level operations leader with over 30 years of experience in operations and 19 years in the medical device industry. They hold an MBA with a concentration in finance and have a strong background in new product development, high precision molding, and leading high-performing engineering teams. Currently serving as the Global Director of Operations at Technimark LLC, Greg has previously held significant roles at BD, Corning Incorporated, and 3M, where they achieved notable cost reductions and process improvements. Greg is also a trained DFSS Black Belt and has extensive experience in Lean manufacturing and project management.
