Aya Ovadia

Aya Ovadia has a diverse professional background with significant experience in leadership and project management within the Jewish Agency for Israel. From July 2019 to August 2023, Aya served as the Director of Partnership at the Jewish Agency, focusing on the Partnership 2Gether initiative, which fosters connections between Karmiel and the Jewish Community of Pittsburgh. Prior to this role, Aya worked as a Project Manager at the Jewish Agency from October 2000 to July 2019. Since August 2023, Aya has taken on the position of Circulation & Interlibrary Loan Supervisor at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Aya holds a Master’s degree in Jewish/Judaic Studies, specializing in American Jewry and the State of Israel from the University of Haifa, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Anthropology from Bar-Ilan University.
