Dan Michaels

Dan Michaels is currently an Associate Professor at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering. They previously held roles as both an Assistant Professor and a Research Engineer with the Loads and Flutter group at the Israeli Air Force, where they focused on flutter and loads analysis. Dan completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), investigating combustion dynamics through direct numerical simulations. They earned a Ph.D. in Aerospace - Propulsion and Combustion from Technion, where they also obtained a master's and a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering.
