Doron Melamed

Doron Melamed is a Professor of Immunology at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they have been leading research in B cell development, tolerance, and autoimmunity since 1998. Doron previously served as a Visiting Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School from 2005 to 2006, focusing on immune cell development in mutated mouse models, and held a Visiting Professor position at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in 2011, concentrating on B cell autoimmunity. They completed their Ph.D. in Immunology at The Hebrew University, where they also earned a Master’s in Pathology and a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences.
