Ela Kohn

Ela Kohn is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational development and recruitment. Currently serving as the HR Unit Leader at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology since April 2018, Ela supports 400 researchers across campus. Previous roles include HR & Organization Development Manager at Pikoya, Global HR and Recruitment Manager at Radcom, and Recruitment Coordinator at Google, where Ela was responsible for various HR strategies and recruitment processes. Additionally, Ela held the position of Lead Technical Recruiter at Dialog, managing client accounts and leading a recruitment team. Ela holds an MSC in Behavioral Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a BA in Human Resources and Sociology from the University of Haifa.
