Harold Corke

Harold Corke is currently a Professor at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, they served as Chair Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2016 to 2020 and were a Chutian Scholar Professor at Hubei University of Technology between 2012 and 2015. Harold also held a professorship at The University of Hong Kong from 1992 to 2017. They earned a PhD in Plant Genetics from the Weizmann Institute of Science and hold an MSc in Crop Science from the University of Guelph, an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University, and a BSc in Agriculture with a focus on Crop Science and Genetics from the University of Rhodesia.
