Joseph (Yossi) Weiss is an aerospace and defense expert currently serving as Chairman of the Board at Terra Space Lab and a member of the board of governors at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. They have a robust military background, having held positions such as Head of Naval & Air Defense R&D in the Israel Defense Forces and project manager for the Dolphin Submarine Project. Weiss previously acted as President & CEO of Israel Aerospace Industries and Chairman of the Board at ELTA Systems Ltd.
